What we do
We implement social change programs that achieve real-world impact.
We do this with our Social Change Implementation System (SCIS). The SCIS fills the gap between program strategy and delivery. It is a flexible, modular co-delivery system. Umagine works inside the SCIS, and alongside you. This means that the SCIS can be a single module or an end-to-end partnership.

Readiness Assessment
Program readiness audit to assess program structures and identify barriers, capacity, and gaps standing between strategy and delivery.
Transition Planning
Review of current state, and confirm/design future state. Build program architecture for governance, delivery, stakeholders, and critical path.
Implementation
Active program delivery under a partnership model where Umagine leads or supports implementation, and is embedded in the program.
Capacity Building
Capability transfer to build team's skills, knowledge and implementation playbook so that they can be carried into future programs.

So, what is ‘social impact’?
Put simply, social impact can be any significant and lasting change to people’s lives as a result of decisions and actions by organisations, government, businesses, or individuals.
Why does program delivery matter?
Real-world change for vulnerable people is not straightforward. It comes with complexity at the individual level, at the systemic level, and across social structures. Co-design and strategy live at the beginning of this work, not the end.
